For all payments made from the EldersIndia Platform
- Kindly go through the cancellation policy of the Service Partner (subject to the current policy in place).
- Based on the cancellation terms/ conditions of the Service Partner; the refund would be initiated by EldersIndia.
- EldersIndia accepts online payments from Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Payment Wallets, UPI and COD.
- A refund would be made to the same issuing source from where the transaction price was received.
- No cheque, cash or demand draft will be issued as a part of the refund for any online transaction.
- A refund would not be made to any other source (bank account, Credit Card or wallet) apart from the issuing source from where the transaction was processed.
- The refund amount would reflect on your account within 7-10 working days.
